Professionally
I’m an IT professional with five+ years of experience, supporting and administering technology across a 15-site UK business (a group of companies). As one half of a two-person IT team, my role as IT Administrator spans beyond traditional end-user support; I cover systems admin, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, infrastructure, networking, cyber security and IT operations.
I administer a mixed on-prem and cloud Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and 365), alongside business-critical ERP systems and the wider Windows endpoint estate. My experience also extends to RMM and endpoint automation, Group Policy, Intune compliance policies, MDM, email security, backup and disaster recovery, Meraki networking, VOIP and a broad range of business hardware.
Working in a small team has given me the opportunity to take real ownership of systems rather than operating within a narrowly scoped role. I’ve implemented the IT service desk and asset management platforms that we use, introduced patch management tooling, supported nationwide network, security and VOIP changes, and led the design and rollout of Intune and Autopilot. I utilise automation wherever possible, using PowerShell, batch scripting and NinjaOne to deploy, remediate and manage systems consistently at scale with security runs throughout. This ranges from administering controls to investigating threats and liaising with external SOC specialists.
I hold a 2:1 BSc in Computer Science and Digital Forensics, a Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification with Distinction, CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA training, and many more listed in my Certification History.
